A leading hotel and resort operator is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the technical aspects of new build and renovation projects in a remote Caribbean location. The ideal candidate should possess a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and have at least 10 years of construction experience, specifically with MEP systems. The role includes leading project coordination, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and assisting in the installation and commissioning of MEP systems. Full relocation and housing support will be provided.

An exciting new Resort Property set in an idyllic Caribbean location is seeking an ambitious energetic MEP Project Manager. My client, a leading listed Hotel and Resort operator, is looking for someone who can grow and develop within the group. We are open to consider less experienced candidates if they have a solid grounding and strong qualifications and will be strongly supported by an industry-leading project manager. The primary goal of the position will be to ensure that all technical aspects of new build and refurbishing projects are properly considered, designed, implemented and completed.
The successful person will need to be mobile as the location is relatively remote, although there are enough amenities, shops, restaurants and exciting activities.
