Job summary
A professional assessment organization is looking for a freelance End Point Assessor experienced in General Welding to conduct assessments for the General Welder apprenticeship Standard. The position allows for remote work with necessary travel to assessment sites. Candidates must have a valid CSWIP or PCN Welding Inspector certification and an assessing qualification. The role entails assessing apprentices’ Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, while maintaining compliance with quality assurance standards and GDPR.
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified CSWIP or PCN Welding Inspector with current Card and Certificate.
- Hold an assessing qualification.
Responsibilities
- Assess apprentices against Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours during various assessments.
- Upload assessment reports in a timely manner.
- Prepare for assessments and identify gaps in apprentices' KSBs.
- Build rapport with apprentices for optimal performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in relevant subject area.
- Represent NOCN professionally during assessments.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR practices.
