Job description

Montresor Legal is partnering with a leading consumer company seeking a mid-level commercial lawyer for a 3-month remote contract. You’ll be providing support on a range of marketing and procurement contracts with a competitive day rate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including: Creative Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Media, Print Management, and other miscellaneous agreements (promotions, sponsorships, etc.)
- Helping to develop playbooks for contract management
- Working with existing templates and adapting them for future use
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor (UK W & I, or overseas qualification considered)
- Strong experience in marketing and procurement contracts
- Ability to work with templates and assist with creating playbooks
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
