OutThere RPO are supporting our client specialising in supplying, servicing and maintaining high performance doors, to recruit a Business Development Manager. This role is based in the North, with one visit per month to their Portsmouth office.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for fuelling business expansion by directly connecting with potential clients. This role will involve travelling to face-to-face visits, conducting on-site surveys, and forging solid relationships to turn opportunities into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who flourishes in a field based role and excels at understanding and addressing clients' needs through consultative selling approaches.
