Job summary
A leading equipment consultancy is seeking an experienced Product Manager specialized in Road & Compact Equipment. This home-based role includes responsibility for product strategy, market alignment, and delivering expert advice. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Heavy Plant Equipment sector and strong analytical skills, alongside excellent communication. This position offers a competitive salary of £50,000, along with a company car and numerous health benefits.

- Experience in the Road / Compact / Heavy Plant Equipment sector is essential.
- Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills are required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert product advice on machine applications and performance.
- Define and manage product strategy and roadmap.
- Act as the business expert on product platforms.
- Support strategic machine demonstrations.
- Liaise with suppliers and technical teams for design and approval.
