Job summary
A leading provider in remote customer support is looking for a Remote Community Moderator to engage with gamers and provide excellent email and chat support. This role requires proficiency in both English and French, alongside a strong passion for gaming. Responsibilities include monitoring community channels and addressing player inquiries while adhering to guidelines. This is a unique opportunity to work from home and run your own customer support business or join an established Service Partner.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and French, with excellent reading and writing skills.
- Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming industry terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide prompt responses to customers.
