A global cosmetics company is seeking full and part-time representatives in the UK. This self-employed role offers flexible hours and the potential for unlimited income through sales and team bonuses. Successful candidates can manage their own time while promoting award-winning products and leading a team. Candidates must be 18 or older and fluent in English.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or over to promote Avon.
- Conversant in English.
Responsabilités
- Manage sales via face-to-face or online interactions.
- Lead and mentor other representatives to enhance their performance.
- Generate personal income through Avon sales and additional team commissions.
Connaissances
An Avon representative can earn up to 32% commission on sales via face to face or online. Work the hours that fit around your existing work, family commitments, childcare etc.
Become a Sales Leader helping others do the same as you. Income potential is unlimited as you still sell Avon products while earning significant bonus team commission. The more people you help the more you earn.
This is a self-employed role where you can gain financial control and possible independence. Some senior team leaders earn a 6 figure income.
