Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
As an LSA, you'll play a key role in supporting students with a range of needs, either 1:1 or in small group settings. You'll work alongside teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning materials, encourage student engagement, and provide emotional and academic support in and out of the classroom.

- Support inclusion and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, nursery, or youth setting
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Willingness to support pupils with additional needs including SEND, SEMH, or behavioural challenges
- Experience in a school or classroom-based role
- Knowledge of EHCPs, learning plans, or behaviour support strategies
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Psychology, Education Studies)
