Location: Croydon
Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)

Role

As an LSA, you'll play a key role in supporting students with a range of needs, either 1:1 or in small group settings. You'll work alongside teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning materials, encourage student engagement, and provide emotional and academic support in and out of the classroom.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children or young people in a school, nursery, or youth setting
  • A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Willingness to support pupils with additional needs including SEND, SEMH, or behavioural challenges
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience in a school or classroom-based role
  • Knowledge of EHCPs, learning plans, or behaviour support strategies
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Psychology, Education Studies)
