Remote Freelance End Point Assessor - Construction Assembly
Job summary
A training organization in the construction sector is seeking a freelance End Point Assessor to carry out assessments for the Construction Assembly and Installation Operative apprenticeship standard. Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience in construction, particularly in roles such as Slinger and Signaler. The position requires remote work with necessary travel to sites and offers a worker contract. Ideal candidates will also be working towards an independent assessor qualification.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in the construction sector.
- Recent relevant experience of the occupation/sector at least a level above that of the apprentice.
- Ability to maintain hands on CPD in their subject area.
Responsibilities
- Carry out assessments independently against Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours.
- Upload assessment reports in line with NOCN's service level agreements.
- Identify gaps in the apprentice's KSBs prior to assessments.
