Job summary

A leading AI coaching organization is looking for a passionate AI Enablement Coach for a fully remote role. You will mentor apprentices enrolled in AI Enablement Programs, helping them build the necessary skills to succeed in the digital workplace. Key responsibilities include delivering coaching sessions, supporting learners in applying AI tools, and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied AI and coaching, as well as a commitment to helping others succeed. The salary ranges from £53,000 to £60,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in applied AI Enablement, AI Implementation, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with AI tools and coaching/training roles.
• Empathy and commitment to mentoring junior learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions across core AI topics.
• Support learners in identifying AI opportunities in real contexts.
• Provide constructive feedback on learner progress and portfolio work.
