Join Vodafone IoT as a Senior Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connected technology. You’ll work at the heart of our IoT business, providing pragmatic and business-focused legal advice on strategic projects and complex commercial agreements. From negotiating bespoke partnership contracts to supporting transformative initiatives, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Vodafone Group. This is a dynamic role where you’ll navigate multi-jurisdictional challenges, manage risk proactively, and help develop innovative legal practices and templates. Your expertise will enable us to deliver cutting‑edge solutions while ensuring compliance and protecting our business interests.

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of experience, curiosity, and drive to make a real impact:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or European jurisdiction) with 10+ years’ post‑qualification experience
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritising effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Commercially astute with proven problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
