Job summary
A local support service in Heanor is seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist a wheelchair user on community outings and shopping trips. The role involves pushing the wheelchair and ensuring safe mobility during activities. Candidates should be patient and reliable. This position requires 4 hours of work per week, with a pay of £13 per hour.

Skills
I am a 33 year old lady. I have a diagnosis of Friedreich's ataxia. I am a wheelchair user and have a severe sight impairment. I am looking for an enthusiastic person to accompany me on trips to Derby (I like to shop) on the bus and into the local community of Heanor to access activities there. I will need someone who is able to push my wheelchair. No personal care is required as I will be supported by carers before and after outings.
