Store Manager – Arbroath

Who are we?

We’re Pets at Home – a community-focused pet care business with Pet Care Centres, Grooming salons, and Vets for Pets practices across the UK. Our stores serve local communities by working with local pet owners and caring for local pets.

What’s the role?

As a Store Manager, reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing your store, maximizing sales and performance across key KPIs, and leading a highly engaged team. You will lead by example, inspire your team, foster a fun and positive work environment, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of hands-on management experience in retail, managing a team of at least 10 people, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work a shift pattern across 7 days a week.
• Passionate about retail with a track record of high standards and results.
• A team player with excellent communication skills who can motivate and engage a team.
• Willing to undertake 6 months of industry-leading training in pet care, customer service, and health and safety.
