Job summary
A health service provider in Sefton is seeking a HCPC registered Band 6 Podiatrist to join their Community Team on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves managing a defined caseload, providing high-quality care, and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have post-registration experience and possess excellent communication and clinical skills, particularly in wound management. Commitment to service quality and patient-centered care is essential. Flexible working requests will be considered.
Qualifications
- HCPC registered with demonstrable post-registration experience.
- Experience in multi-agency working is essential.
- Awareness of health and social care agenda.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined caseload and ensure continuity of care.
- Undertake holistic assessments of patients' needs.
