Marketing Manager – Peoples Automotive Group

You’ll play a key role in bringing marketing activity to life across multiple brands and locations. This includes:
You’ll report to the Group Marketing Director and work as part of a centralised, in-house marketing team - with expertise across social media, video production, graphic design, paid digital, and photography. You’ll collaborate closely with our content creators, performance specialists, and dealership stakeholders to bring plans to life across all brands and locations. You’ll also be the key marketing point of contact for our OEM partners, representing Peoples in planning and performance conversations with Ford, BYD and OMODA|JAECOO.
You won’t be micromanaged — but you will be expected to deliver.
From launching the all-electric Ford Capri to scaling the UK’s most engaged BYD and OMODA communities, you’ll work with some of the most exciting brands in the industry - and shape how they’re experienced by customers across Scotland and Liverpool.
We’re growing fast - across brands, showrooms, and markets - and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us. For the right person, this role could be a springboard into opportunities as the business continues to expand.
This isn’t a Monday to Friday, nine-to-five role - and we don’t pretend it is. We work hard because we care about what we do, and we show up when it counts: early mornings, the occasional late finish, or a weekend event if that’s what it takes to get the job done.
That said, we believe flexibility goes both ways. We’ll make sure you get time back when it matters most. We trust our team to manage their time like pros.
