Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful private client team where you'll gain hands-on experience, working alongside experienced lawyers in a professional environment. This role offers the chance to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to the success of the team.

As a key member of the team, you'll play an active role in progressing client matters under the guidance of your Team Leader. Your work will involve drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, preparing probate documentation, opening and closing files, managing client correspondence, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm policies. You'll also handle a variety of administrative and secretarial duties - from diary management and meeting coordination to file maintenance and client communication - helping the team to deliver the highest standard of service every time.

We're looking for someone who brings strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication and a calm, professional manner. Experience within a private client department is required, along with confident IT skills and a genuine interest in supporting clients through often sensitive and personal matters.

In return, a rewarding benefits package is offered, including generous annual leave, healthcare, pension plan (after probation) and a supportive environment where you'll feel valued and given ample opportunity to progress.
