A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Solutions Architect to join on an initial 6-month contract. The role involves designing solutions for a major transformation project migrating UK loyalty systems to a global platform. Successful candidates will have a strong background in modular builds and Cloud technologies, particularly GCP or AWS. Flexibility for on-site work is required, with visits to project teams a few times per month.

Conocimientos
A great programme to work on, with longevity and a pace that will get you out of bed each day. Working at a global company going through a huge transformation project to migrate UK loyalty systems onto a Global platform (then build from the global platform), there is a need for a back-end Solutions Architect with extensive modular build, microservices and cloud experience.
There is a large programme team assembled and you will need to be comfortable communicating up to C‑suite. You will work upwards with a lead architect, and below to low level architects – you will be designing High Level Designs (HLD) and work with cross functional teams.
A wide technology experience is required (Java / .Net), and importantly – Microservices and Cloud (ideally GCP but open to AWS). There is flexibility with on site, as long as you are open to visiting London, the North East or the South Coast to meet with the project teams a couple of times per month. The sooner you get up to speed on the programme, the more impact you will have.
You’ll need to be a self-starter and come with demonstration solution architect experience designing solutions. Any experience in loyalty platforms, reward points or innovation in that area would be helpful!
