A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Lead / Production Manager in Kent/Essex to oversee CNC operations and lead the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CAD CAM and in-house drawings. Skills
Production Lead / Production Manager
Salary: up to £37,500/£40,000
Location: Kent / Essex Border
Our client is looking to recruit Production Lead / Production Manager to join their team located on the Kent / Essex Border.
- Experience of CAD CAM and in-house drawings, Aerospace, and able to set and run CNC Machines.
- Supervisor/Lead experience and willingness to teach and oversee running of the shop floor.
- Experience with CAD CAM, in-house drawings, and CNC operation.
- Experience as a supervisor/lead.
- 4 day week
- 16 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Working hours Monday to Thursday 0645-1630; 37-hour week (15-minute paid break and 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
