Quality Inspector
Job summary
A leading automotive interior component manufacturer in Little Braxted is looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure the final inspection of components meets specifications. Ideal candidates have inspection experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills. The role is permanent after a probation period of 13 weeks, with hours from 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably within automotive or manufacturing.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of technical drawings.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Final inspection of components to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain high standards expected by the client.
- Inspect automotive interior components for quality.
- Verify products against customer drawings/specifications.
- Document and report inspection results.
- Work with production and dispatch teams to maintain workflow.

Are you passionate about manufacturing and quality? Our client, a leading automotive interior component manufacturer in Witham, specialising in carbon fibre and machined parts for high-performance vehicles, is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team.
The hours for the role are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
- Final inspection of carbon fibre and machined components to ensure they meet customer specifications before dispatch
- Maintain high standards expected by the client
- Inspect automotive interior components for quality, accuracy, and finish
- Verify products against customer drawings/specifications
- Document and report inspection results
- Work closely with production and dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow
- Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably within automotive or manufacturing
- Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of technical drawings
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
This is a permanent role subject to you passing a 13 week probation period.
