A friendly West Sussex based firm in Worthing are growing in both size and demand and therefore have a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural/Design professional to join their practice in an involved job running/Project Manager role. Where you will be working across great schemes covering the Leisure, Hospitality and Commercial sectors.

This a hands on role where you will be responsible for project coordination and ensuring site delivery in line with time frames and budget. Working on projects from concept to completion, you will be client facing at times and this role will see you coordinating with both internal and external teams.

This is a truly great opportunity to join an established yet growing firm, where you will have a lot of autonomy in your work. On offer for this permanent, full time role is a competitive salary between £45,000 - £50,000 and a great benefits package. The role is office based in the seaside town of Worthing, where you will need to live within a commutable distance, travelling to sites will also be required.

To become a part of this growing practice, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:

• Experienced in the coordination and delivery of projects
• Experienced working on live projects in the UK
• Budget management
• Good organisation skills and deadline management
• On site experience & client meetings
• Job running and experience across the RIBA stages
• Knowledge of planning and UK building regulations and standards
• Managing and coordinating with contractors and Designers

Commutable locations could include: Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Goring by Sea, Horsham, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Chichester, Waterlooville, Havant, Haywards Heath, Billingshurst, Arundel.
