• Assemble, fit, and remove partitions, wall panels, and interior fittings in modular units.
• Carry out basic plumbing work including installation of sinks, taps, showers, and toilets.
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as installing heaters, plug sockets, and conducting MCB tests.
• Undertake general maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of units.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all relevant job documentation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

About the Role

You’ll be based at the main depot, where you’ll prepare, refurbish, and modify modular units ready for hire or sale. This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as property repair and maintenance, multi‑trade, fabrication, shop fitting, or fitting, looking to build a long‑term career in the modular building sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and remove partitions, wall panels, and interior fittings in modular units
• Carry out basic plumbing work including installation of sinks, taps, showers, and toilets
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as installing heaters, plug sockets, and conducting MCB tests
• Undertake general maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of units
