A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor or Associate to join its highly ranked Employment & Immigration team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier team recognised by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.

The Role:
You will advise a diverse client base on a wide range of employment law matters, including:

• Employment litigation and tribunal representation
• HR advisory work and employee relations
• Drafting contracts, policies, and procedures
• Transactional support and due diligence
• Settlement agreements and dispute resolution
• Delivering client training and supporting business development

You will also collaborate with colleagues across the firm on cross-disciplinary matters and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

• Experience in employment law within a commercial setting
• Strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
