Qualifications

  • Experience in managing retention programmes with a track record of revenue.
  • Operational planning and campaign management experience.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, Mass Markets in the development and delivery of the retention strategy.
  • Oversee multi-channel revenue and engagement campaigns.
  • Line manage and develop the Retention Marketing Executive(s).

Skills

Experience and understanding of Individual Giving
Excellent English communication skills
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Numerate with data analysis skills
