Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver product experience across Child Sponsorship programme.
• Manage the testing programme for donor experience improvements.
• Collaborate with the World Vision Partnership on innovations in fundraising.

Skills

Experience delivering complex, multi-channel direct response campaigns

Strong use of data and customer insight to drive innovation

Strong knowledge of segmentation and targeting
