An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Elective Outpatient Booking Manager within our Cardiology Department. The post will be based at Eastbourne District General Hospital but will also include some cross-site working. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, motivated, and conscientious individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will need to understand organisational and departmental objectives and be experienced in working within a multi-disciplinary team. Knowledge of national performance targets and strong leadership qualities are essential. You should be a team player, capable of managing your workload, balancing tact and assertiveness, and working calmly in a busy environment. Cardiology knowledge and supervisory skills are desirable.
