A leading manufacturer of storage products is seeking an HR Advisor at their Milton Keynes site. The role involves providing HR support to the Sales & Commercial function, advising on policies, managing employee relations, and contributing to HR initiatives. Candidates should have CIPD level 3 or equivalent, and experience in HR advisory roles is essential. We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our busy growing organisation. The successful candidate will be based at our Milton Keynes site and will provide proactive and professional HR support to the Sales & Commercial function, working closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver people initiatives that drive business performance. This role will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting day-to-day HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation, and contributing to a positive employee experience. The HR Advisor will also play a key role in enabling the HRBP to focus on strategic priorities by effectively supporting operational HR activities.
The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services and all internal departments.
