We are seeking an outstanding and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to join our Digital team. This role involves leading social media strategy and client relationships across our portfolio, overseeing campaign development, and working closely with cross-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media planning and content output, ensuring KPIs are met and identifying growth opportunities
- Serve as the social media marketing expert, focusing on channel and content strategy, paid social advertising, reporting, and insights
- Lead in developing social media campaigns across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
- Plan and ideate campaign concepts, prepare decks, and collaborate with team members
- Support creative content development, including brand tone of voice and long-form website content
- Report on organic and paid social performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements
- Manage multidisciplinary projects, including briefing teams, developing timelines, and streamlining processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of agency or brand experience in social media and digital marketing
- Expertise in managing brand social media channels and digital strategies, ensuring KPI achievement
- Proven success in paid social advertising planning and execution, leveraging insights for optimization
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok
- Strong account management skills and client relationship nurturing
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social content and campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats
- Experience collaborating with creative and design teams
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for digital platforms, social trends, and formats
- Proficiency in CRM, PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, Google Adwords
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace)
