Pay: 90- 105 per day
A secondary school in Haringey is looking to appoint a Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant to join their dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding role focused on supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide mentoring and pastoral support to individual students
Work alongside the safeguarding and pastoral teams to support vulnerable pupils
Monitor attendance and behaviour data, intervening where necessary
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
Help promote a positive school culture and safe environment
Requirements:
Graduate with an interest in pastoral care, psychology, or social work
