A leading chartered accountancy firm is looking for graduates to join their Tax team in a comprehensive three-year training program starting August 2026. Candidates should have a first-class or 2:1 honours degree and a passion for learning and development. The role includes full study support towards qualifying as an accountant, with opportunities to develop critical commercial skills. The firm offers hybrid working options, a competitive salary, and various benefits.

The Role
Our three-year Graduate training programme offers experience, responsibility, and support from the start. We provide full study support towards an ATT, CTA, or ICAS qualification, along with a training contract to balance work and studies.
In addition to professional qualifications, you will develop interpersonal and commercial skills through our induction, soft skills training programme (designed for our Early Careers colleagues), JC Aspire training, our partnership with Moore Global, and networking events.
Positions are available in our Tax team for an August 2026 start.
About You
You will be a recent graduate (or working towards) with a first-class or 2:1 honours degree in any subject. You should have a growth mindset, a passion for learning, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, pride in your work, good time management, problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a can-do attitude.
All candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK permanently and without restrictions.
