A family-run food manufacturing company in the UK is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Manager on a 12-month contract. The role involves leading initiatives to enhance supply chain processes across multiple sites. Candidates should have proven change management experience and strong stakeholder management skills, along with expertise in supply chain systems like Tableau and Qlik. We're looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to spearhead the alignment and transformation of supply chain processes across our Meals category. This is a strategic leadership role focused on harmonising planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and people processes to create a more agile, resilient, and cost‑effective supply chain. You’ll lead transformation initiatives that embed best practices, common frameworks, and systems across multiple sites. From developing S&OP processes to driving cross‑site projects and building capability, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and long‑term value.
