Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in an IT Operations and/or Security Engineer role, ideally within a fintech or regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of security best practices across MacOS and Windows platforms.
• Proven track record with compliance and security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, PCI-DSS or other FCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment of effective security governance and awareness across the organisation.
• Develop and deliver a roadmap for security products and services.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory obligations.
• Support vulnerability management efforts, including patching and hardening.
• Contribute to incident response planning and participate in post-incident reviews.

Skills
