We are looking for talented colleagues to bring their enthusiasm and skills to the service to deliver our service vision and mission:

We are a strong, supportive team, with professional autonomy. We use a fair, equitable, and transparent system to allocate work across the service. All EPs are given protected time to develop our service, demonstrating commitment to distributed leadership and innovation. The service provides a comprehensive induction process to ensure a warm welcome to all new starters. Successful candidates will enjoy a range of CPD and co-working opportunities, access to regular supervision, opportunities to engage in projects, dedicated administrative support and pay progression.

What We Offer

We offer flexible working arrangements/ hybrid working where this meets the needs of the service. The EPS has excellent links with regional training courses which provides opportunities for further extending professional development.
