Job summary
A leading automotive services company in Morecambe is seeking a Vehicle Mechanic to perform service operations and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry and holds an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,662 to £35,679 plus additional benefits including uniform provision and 30 days holiday.

Vehicle Mechanic — Basic Salary + OTE: From £30,662 to £35,679
Location: Morecambe
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, alternate weekends on rota basis
- Uniform provided
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays
- Parking on-site
- Performing a variety of service operations
- Good technical skills
- Defined assembly operations and maintenance repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
- Accurately document service work
- Provide excellent customer support and advice
- MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Mechanic within the automotive industry
- Valid MOT Licence not essential but desirable
- Hold your own tools and toolbox
- MUST HOLD Full manual UK Driving Licence (you will be subject to licence checks)
- Right to work in the UK - no sponsorships available
