As a Site Foreman, you will provide supervision of the works and control of a team comprising Gangers and direct labour force. You will supervise and control the works of subcontractors throughout the project duration.

What you'll be doing

As a Site Foreman, you will:

• Provide supervision and coordinate the work team
• Allocate daily responsibilities and communicate updates
• Guarantee all safety and quality measures are met throughout the project
• Input into the production of Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments
• Provide suggestions and recommendations for Temporary Works solutions
• Identify potential hazards and proactively implement actions and controls
• Monitor the performance of plant operators
• Carry out Safety & Environment Tours

Who we're looking for

As a Site Foreman, you will have:

• Proven experience of working as a Foreman
• Experience in Civil Engineering/Construction related projects
• CSCS/SSTS/SMSTS Gold Card
• Good health & Safety knowledge
