Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30, No weekends
Salary: £36,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £42,000)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client’s main dealership in Weston-super-Mare. The successful Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Vehicle Technician Requirements
  • Experience as a vehicle mechanic and a relevant, up-to-date Level 3 qualification
  • Take great pride in work and demonstrate incredible attention to detail
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Stocked toolbox ready for use
