• Days/ Hours available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (08:30 - 13:00), Fridays and Saturdays
• An annual contract of 4000-4500 UDAs where you can decide what is right for you and scope for more UDAs in the future.

This large practice has 6 surgeries and is situated on the high street in Melksham just minutes from being in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, with easy access to M4 and city of Bath.
