As a Demand Controller, you will act as the crucial link between the UK & EMEA Commercial businesses and Encirc's Production Schedulers, Supply Planning, and Inventory teams. Your key responsibilities will include managing and taking ownership of all Commercial and Demand-driven production plan changes, ensuring alignment with both financial and strategic goals.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accuracy of the near-term (3-month) demand plan, working collaboratively with the Demand Planning Team and Customer Relationship/Service Team. Another critical aspect of the role will involve ensuring visibility of constrained products against the latest demand requirements. You'll actively seek cost-effective solutions to resolve constraints or coordinate customer allocations to minimize overall business impact.
