An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer / Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience to join a well-established legal firm.

This full-time role offers a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 and benefits.

As a Residential Conveyancer / Legal Executive, you will handle a varied caseload of sales and purchases, overseeing files from instruction through to completion, adhering to office and account procedures.

You will be responsible for:

1. Provide advice based on client instructions and prepare necessary documentation.
2. Process billing and secure payments due from clients and other parties.
3. Occasionally supervise and guide other team members.
4. Stay updated with legal knowledge and conveyancing skills.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
2. Possess 2+ years' experience in conveyancing.
3. Experience in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision.
4. Comprehensive understanding of technical conveyancing processes.
5. Knowledge of the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
6. Skilled in Windows, Word, and Excel.
