Responsibilities

• Notify your count team of the pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site.
• On site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for prolonged periods of time and use access equipment to reach high stock when required.

Key Skills / Experience Required

• Work unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts.
• Must be aged 21 years or older.
• Full driving licence.
• ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner – technology changes regularly.
• Experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Salary

Retail Minibus Driver Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)
