Job summary
A UK Contractor is seeking a Groundwork Foreman / Site Supervisor for a project in Bristol. Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, ensuring quality delivery, and managing safety protocols. Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role and hold relevant certifications. This position offers an inclusive work environment and the chance to lead a dedicated team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, Foreperson, Supervisor, or similar.
- CSCS, SMSTS certifications required.
- Relevant experience within Earthworks, Civils, Drainage, Services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the site programme and ensure delivery of labor, plant, and materials.
- Drive site delivery ensuring all work is running to program.
- Manage quality of the works.
- Ensure all operational records are up to date.
Skills
I am currently seeking a Groundwork Foreman / Site Supervisor for work with a UK Contractor on a Groundwork project in Bristol.
Leading by example, encouraging the team to take responsibility for safety of colleagues, themselves, and clients.
- Oversee the site programme, monitor and ensure labour, plant and materials requirements are sufficiently met and take accountability for delivery.
- Ensure work is running to program driving site delivery.
- Manage quality of the works.
- Ensure all operational records are up to date and in place.
- Previous experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, General Forman, Foreperson, Supervisor or similar.
- CSCS, SMSTS, 2x References.
- Relevant experience within Earthworks, Civils, Drainage, Services.
