Key Responsibilities
  • provide strategic leadership and direction, establishing strong partnerships with employers, professional bodies, and training providers to deliver high-quality, industry-aligned programmes
  • oversee the design, implementation, and quality assurance of innovative provision spanning pre-employment, apprenticeships, and continuing professional development, while embedding competence management and Building Regulations principles throughout
  • secure and manage diverse funding streams, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the Construction Technical Excellence College
