Job Overview

Our independent client is looking for an experienced Property administrator to join their independent Estate agency based in Surrey Quays SE16. The role will be assisting the Property Management, lettings & sales team in all aspects of Property administration and legislation.

Responsibilities
  • Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of all aspects of Property management, lettings & some Sales administration
  • Be fully conversant with current regulation/legislation and processes surrounding Property Management & Lettings
  • Striving to achieve and exceed deadlines
  • Liaising with all members of the team in each department where required
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Handling complaints and providing solutions
  • Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
  • Launching properties on to Rightmove, Zoopla amongst other marketing platforms
  • Completing window cards, Memorandum of Sales and general administrative communications
  • Processing Photos and floor plans
  • Keeping up to date with all social media marketing
  • Completing AML
  • Answering phone calls for each department when required
  • Covering Property management & maintenance duties when needed (Holiday cover)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in Property administration is essential for this role as the successful individual will be responsible for assisting the Sales team for all residential property sales administration
  • Experience in dealing with all aspects of Property administration
  • Intermediate computer literacy. WORD, EXCELL and Estate agency CRM systems
  • Experience of Property sales software packages would be useful
  • Professional qualifications would be an advantage but not a necessity
  • Be able to manage their own workload
  • Excellent communication skills
Hours & Salary

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary range: £33,000 - £35,000pa depending on experience.

28 days holiday pa including bank holidays.
