This role involves generating new business, reactivating dormant client relationships, and working collaboratively with the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have proven business development experience within these sectors and be capable of building strong relationships with decision-makers. Salary: Circa £60,000 + car + commission

This is a newly created, high-impact role that places you at the forefront of the company s business development strategy.
You will be responsible for generating new business across the infrastructure and rail sectors, re-engaging a portfolio of inactive tier-one clients, and building a long-term, sustainable pipeline of major project opportunities.
Operating with full autonomy in a home-based, national capacity, you will be trusted to design and deliver your own sales approach, working closely with the senior leadership team to capture growth opportunities and position the company as a market-leading partner.
