THE SCHOOL

Francis Holland Regent’s Park, is an academically selective independent day school for girls aged 11-18, located in central London with excellent transport links and access to Regent’s Park for outdoor activities. THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support the smooth running of examinations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy in data entry and compliance processes, strong organisational ability to manage deadlines during busy exam periods, and a commitment to confidentiality in line with JCQ regulations. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and online exam systems, is essential, alongside a collaborative approach to working with colleagues. You will be adaptable, able to resolve issues quickly, and provide friendly, professional support to students and staff. Flexibility to assist with wider administrative tasks outside peak times is also required.

This is a permanent, full-time role starting in February 2026. The position is term-time plus four additional weeks (39 weeks per year), with working hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. The full-time equivalent salary is approximately £35,800, which will be pro-rated to reflect the term-time working pattern.
