A leading energy company in Edinburgh is seeking a candidate to support planning and coordination of social value initiatives across key borough projects. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs in English and Maths, an interest in sustainability, strong organisational skills, and be competent in MS Office. This role involves monitoring progress, maintaining project documentation, and engaging with the community. Opportunities for growth are emphasized and diversity is valued.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4+).
- Genuine interest in sustainability, community engagement, or EV infrastructure.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivering social value programmes.
- Monitor progress and report against targets.
- Build engaging reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support community engagement events and meetings.

Support the planning, coordination, and reporting of social value initiatives across key borough projects. Ensure delivery to local communities is effective, measurable, and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist with planning and delivering social value programmes

- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident communicator
- A-Level or Level 2 in business, sustainability, or social sciences
- Experience using Copilot, SharePoint, or similar digital tools
- Previous volunteering or community project experience
- London-based or easily commutable
