A reputable care provider in Chesterfield is seeking a Deputy Care Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional care for Clients. This role involves supporting the Registered Care Manager and Care Manager, conducting service reviews, and providing leadership to Care Professionals. The Deputy Care Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that Clients receive outstanding, person‑centred care while supporting the growth and operational excellence of the business. Working closely with the Registered Care Manager and Care Manager, this role involves overseeing daily care operations, maintaining up-to-date care processes, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. The Deputy Care Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support to Care Professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
The Deputy Manager works 5 out of 7 days on a rota system, including alternate weekends and on call duties.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience
