Property Litigation Lawyer - Somerset

This independent UK Law firm with multiple offices across the Southwest are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

The firm work closely with private individuals and businesses to provide effective tailored advice across a range of legal sectors.

They are currently looking for a talented general litigator who has experience of managing a mixed case load of property litigation matters. Within this role, your case load would include Residential Landlord and Tenant, Contract disputes, Commercial Disputes and Property disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and strong experience in Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

With multiple offices across Devon and Somerset my client is open minded as to office location and would welcome a discussion regarding this.
