You will be given a clear path to be one of the Senior members of the national Employment Group, with a strong influence on the direction and strategy of the department.

• Join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked, National Employment department.
• Advise Regional, National & Global Corporations
• Opportunity for a Junior or Senior Employment Partner with a clear path to Equity.
• Implement firm strategy and national head directives.
• Handle various Employment matters including Contentious & Non Contentious; for Employers & Senior Executives, Employment Tribunals, & Multijurisdictional matters.
• Opportunity for business development & tap into internal referrals to further grow the department.

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary and excellent remuneration package.
• Salaried/ Fixed Share Partner; £200,000 - £300,000 Base +
• Equity Partner; Can be discussed direct
