Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor in Epsom, UK. This permanent position offers a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and coordinating with technical teams. Ideal candidates should have a solid customer service background, preferably within the automotive sector. Position requires strong communication skills and a good mechanical understanding of cars and parts.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Customer Service advisor qualification is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star customer service to meet and greet customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone.
- Coordinate with workshops on vehicle progress.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status.
- Manage service bookings and deliveries.
- Maintain product knowledge.
- Perform administrative tasks and invoicing.

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor with previous experience to join their ever expanding business.
Are you a high-performance individual giving best level of customer service? Do you have good mechanical understanding of cars and parts?
- Permanent role
- Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service.
- Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
- Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested.
- Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us.
- Managing service bookings walk-ins, services, new car delivery / collection.
- Keeping updated with product knowledge.
- Creating job packs and other admin duties.
- Invoicing customers and taking payments.
- Previous customer service advisor experience within the automotive industry highly desirable but not essential.
- Customer Service advisor qualification beneficial but not essential
