A leading waste management company in Glasgow is seeking a Class 2 HGV Trade Waste Driver to join their team. The role involves driving a trade waste vehicle, collecting commercial waste, and ensuring that safety regulations are followed. Candidates must have a valid Class 2 HGV license and demonstrate a commitment to high standards. The position offers weekly pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression.
Hours: 40-50 hours per week with overtime options available
Rate of Pay: £14.55 per hour
Overtime Rate of Pay: £21.83 per hour

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Class 2 HGV Trade Waste Driver, you will play a key role in our operations by:
Driving a trade waste vehicle on scheduled collection routes
Collecting commercial waste bins safely and efficiently
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly
Keeping accurate records of collections and vehicle use
Following all health & safety procedures and road safety regulations
What Are We Looking For?
A full, valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
No more than 6 points on yourlicence
Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
A great attitude and commitment to performing the job to the highest standard.
Previous waste/recycling driving experience is preferred, but not essential -we provide comprehensive training.
